PI’s best ever customer support service embraces the use of smart glasses and automated language translation tools. SWIS is a "See What I See" platform utilizing smart glasses that enable the remote PI engineer to see what the customer sees.
With their hands free, our customers virtually experience a PI expert looking over their shoulder, offering advice and coaching. Where language barriers exist, this service package provides automated translation capabilities enabling text instructions to be received in a language of the customer’s choice.

SWIS reduces both customer down times and support resolution times. Allowing the PI expert to virtually immerse themselves into the customer’s environment and application, enables them to find potential causes and solutions for the support request much quicker.

When the trainer cannot be at the customer site, SWIS allows customers to have a much deeper and interactive remote training experience.

SWIS Remote Support Comes in Two Packages:

Including a pair of smart glasses*, 2 years enhanced remote support, and 2 hours remote setup and training for the smart glasses.

*The smart glasses connect to the customers’ Android or iOS smart phones. Android smart phones must have version 8 or higher and a USB type C connector, and iPhones must have version 8 with iOS 12.0 or higher.

Including a pair of smart glasses*, 3 years enhanced remote support, and one day remote support from a PI expert: Half a day setting up your system and the smart glasses, and half a day user training.

*The smart glasses connect to the customers’ Android or iOS smart phones. Android smart phones must have version 8 or higher and a USB type C connector, and iPhones must have version 8 with iOS 12.0 or higher.

The customer simply downloads the support app to their smart phone and connects it to the glasses by a docking unit/battery pack and cables, all of which is provided with the glasses.
